Stat-On-StiltsTM from Sensata Technologies are custom-built thermostats designed to meet your specific application requirements. Their patented, tamperproof Klixon® snap–acting bimetal disc provides reliable, repeatable switch actuation, for electrical loads ranging from dry circuits to 10A@240 VAC.
The unique welded, single-piece terminal construction insures reliable, low resistance electrical connections. Rivet joints which may loosen or loose electrical continuity are eliminated.
The core of Stat-On-Stilts is the proven 1NT thermostat. Recognized by all major worldwide agencies, hundreds of millions of 1NTs are used daily in a wide variety of appliances.
While most Stat-On-Stilts are built to automatically reset 17°C (30°F) below their opening temperature, custom setpoints and switch configurations are available, including manual reset and single operation devices.

The 3NT thermostat from Sensata Technologies is a new, custom-built automatic reset thermostat designed to meet your specific application requirements. Its patented, tamper–proof Klixon snap–acting bimetal disc provides reliable, repeatable switch actuation for electrical loads ranging from dry circuits to 10A @ 240Vac.
The unique, dry seal 3NT design protects the switch from environmental hazards such as water, dust, oil, etc. without the use of epoxies or additives, reducing cycle times and environmental concerns.
A choice of o-ring materials is available to assure a lasting seal between a metal cup and protective PBT housing over a wide range of temperatures and chemical exposures. The silicon rubber grommets which seal around each wire lead have been proven by years of automotive use.
The dry seal also allows direct integration of the thermostat into a wire harness, eliminating extra connectors.

Klixon 20420 and 20425 thermostats are fixed-setting, low–cost snap–acting temperature controls.
These thermostats are available in single–pole, single-throw (SPST) or single–pole, double-throw (SPDT) automatic reset construction. All operating parts and lead connections are contained within a metal cup which is filled with an epoxy resin compound to completely seal out moisture, dust, or other contamination.
Temperature actuation is achieved by the Klixon snap–action bimetallic disc. The inherent snap–action of the disc provides clean, heavy-duty switching. The disc is located at the bottom of the cup where temperature change at the mounting point is quickly transmitted to give a high degree of thermal sensitivity.
A variety of mountings are available to provide a dependable and economical means of assembly.
